TASTING NOTES: bright amber colour with mahogany nuances. Bouquet with notes of dried apricots, dates, dried jujube, cardamom, honey and beeswax, barley candy. Sweet and full-flavoured on the palate with a nice freshness, not too sweet. Significant aromatic length, with a finish recalling dried fruit.

FOOD PAIRINGS: best outside meals or with blue cheese, honey and fig tart, pumpkin pie with pit-aged sheep milk cheese cream.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-12°C
