TASTING NOTES: bright ruby red with purplish highlights. A crescendo of aromas recalling geranium, violet, raspberry jelly, wisteria hints with herbaceous profile, green pepper and ivy. Compact taste with lively freshness and vibrant but pleasant tannins. Good aromatic length with fresh, fruity and herbaceous hints.
FOOD PAIRINGS: lasagne “in cassetta”, pasta with white wild boar sauce, tagliatelle with borlotti bean sauce, mixed grilled meat, baked lamb.
