TASTING NOTES: bright straw yellow with lingering perlage. Mineral notes, fruity hints of pear and white peach, citrus fruit overtones recalling lime and grapefruit. Melissa and lily of the valley are very lingering on the nose. Fresh, full-flavoured and lively on the palate, full and well-balanced with overtones of citrus fruit.
