Each tasting session includes toasted slices of bread topped with Fiorini extra-virgin olive oil.
A wooden board with local cold cuts, cheese, bread and piadina is available (booking required).

DISCOVER THE LOCAL AREA, ITS PRODUCE, AGRICULTURAL PRACTICES AND THE CELLAR. A JOURNEY AMONG THE AROMAS OF THE LAND AND THE WINE, DESIGNED BOTH FOR WINE ENTHUSIASTS AND BEGINNERS.
Programme:
The landscape: a walk in the vineyards surrounding the farm and the guest rooms.
Work in the vineyard: a talk with the winery’s oenologist
The vine, from the bud to wine: choosing the right bunch
The cellar: a guided tour about the different processing stages
The tour lasts about one hour.
Afterwards, a selection of wines can be sampled.
Groups should range from minimum 5 to maximum 8 people.
