TASTING NOTES: straw yellow with lively greenish highlights, aromas recalling sage, chamomile, citrus fruit, citron and lemon verbena on the nose. Good structure and immediate freshness on the palate, well-balanced smoothness with a glycerin component. Full-flavoured with a crescendo of citrus fruit aromas.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Seafood salad, pasta with chickpeas and clams, ricotta-stuffed raviolis dressed with oil and Parmigiano cheese, asparagus omelette, for pleasant aperitifs.
